High-quality training of specialists for the scientific and healthcare sectors. The program is aimed at forming the professional qualities of a specialist capable of: - interpreting and summarizing the deep modern knowledge of the latest theories in healthcare; integrate the acquired knowledge into practice and into one's own scientific research; - interpret the results of their own scientific research and communicate them both to specialists and non-specialists; - build your own program of further education and research activities.

Patient management: is able to formulate a clinical diagnosis, prescribe a treatment plan and evaluate its effectiveness based on evidence-based practice at all levels of medical care for children.

He is able to effectively interact with a sick child, his environment, and healthcare professionals in order to achieve the best results for the patient.

He is able to assess risks and use more effective methods to ensure a high level of safety and quality of medical care.

Graduates of the university entering the residency pass a comprehensive test for groups of educational programs, which includes a foreign language test, a professional test of educational programs, a test to determine readiness for study. Students who study for residency in English pass a comprehensive test in English for groups of educational programs and pass a test that determines (optionally) the readiness to study in Kazakh or Russian. Admission to residency is carried out on a competitive basis based on the results of entrance exams for persons who have mastered educational programs of Higher Education. Admission of foreign citizens to residency is carried out on a paid basis.

These are healthcare organizations of all types and forms, regardless of the form of ownership and departmental subordination, organizations of vocational medical education, higher medical educational institutions ,research institutes, Institutes for advanced training and retraining of employees of the healthcare system, authorized and local executive bodies in the field of healthcare.
